The names of the apartments correspond to trees present on the farm. Loureiro, Nogueira and Teixo

Arrival: 16 Departure: 12

- Cleaning of the apartment during the client's stay is not included in the price. If you want to be hired separately.
- Pets allowed, provided that specified when booking .
- No payment is accepted by credit card .
- Check in time: from 16:00 .
- Departure time: before 12:00 .
- If you want to leave after sunrise 12:00 fee of EUR 20 will be charged, subject to availability, and at least until 18:00..

- Once availability is confirmed, the booking to be effective must enter a deposit of 40% of the total housing .
- The income payment will be made by transfer .
- In case of cancellation of the booking will be refunded part of the advance, depending on the date you will do:
   * 30 days or more returns 100% of the deposit, less the cost of returning
   * 8 to 29 days: 60% refunded the deposit minus the cost of return
   * 0 to 7 days: no refund
- If the cancellation occurs during your stay, the customer must pay a proportional night missing to complete the reservation compensation, as provided in paragraph b of Article 15.2 of Decree 1792011 Consejerría of Culture and Tourism of Galicia.
