The Marc apartments are spacious and cozy, with a bedroom for two people, a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, American kitchen equipped for 4 people, a bathroom and a magnificent terrace. The Televisionand washing machine are included in the room rate. Also, if you wish, you may use a safe to WIFI for a small fee. Marc is also a community pool for the entertainment of its residents. Included in the price: Weekly change of linen (sheets and towels) for stays of a month or more, electricity and maintenance. There is a deposit of 100 euros which is refunded on departure.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total price will be paid. Received the deposit your reservation is automatically confirmed.

They can make your reservation by visa / mastercard, bank transfer, indicating the concept name and surname (which have been used to make the booking).

The reservation payment must be made within a maximum of 48 hours.

The rent of apartments will be paid in cash upon collection of the keys to the apartment booked, plus a deposit of 100 EUR. for 1 bedroom apartments and 150 EUR. for 2-bedroom apartments, which will return the day of departure.

To book your apartment you should pay 30% of the total reservation.This deposit will NOT be refunded if you cancel your reservation. Also NO will be refunded the deposit or any money if you leave the apartment before the original date of departure date

If leaving the apartment to occur at a different time of 10am, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer or if you have paid visa card will be refunded to the card. On Sunday, the deposit will not be returned as the apartments can not be checked, so it will be returned Monday morning.

If your arrival will be held outside of our office hours, the keys would be handed to them from the reception of a hotel near Folies Vacances.

To qualify for this, you must have previously paid the full price of the rent and security deposit.

30% of the total cost of the holiday will be charged.
