Migjorn Our house is located at km 10.3 of Formentera, is a totally secluded house on the road, 500 meters from the beach and 1 km Migjorn Es Caló.

It has 10 seats with two extra more seats, maximum 12 places overall.

Outdoor Terrace with sea view, equipped with garden furniture.
-1 Bathroom.
-2 Double bedrooms each with separate full bathroom.
-2 Double bedrooms sharing a bathroom outside.
-1 King suite with separate bathroom.The Migjorn house by a door communicates with the house LLevant so that can be rented together or independently.
If rented together have a special price. Maximum occupancy is 16 seats, 14 seats + 2 extra.
The price includes cleaning the house entrance (no daily housekeeping) and bedding and bath (one bath towel and one washcloth per person, a bathmat for each bathroom and a set of sheets per tenant). One change of clothes for stays longer than a week will be made.

We have bunk beds, cribs, high chairs and extra to suit customer needs beds.

Minimum stay of three nights, 500 euro deposit and 25% of the house.

In case of cancellation one month in advance withhold 25% of the reservation.
In case of cancellation less than one month in advance withhold 25% reserve and 500 euro deposit.
