Pleta Bona The apartments are located in the urbanization called the Pla de la Ermita, nestled in one of the most beautiful areas of the Pyrenees and where there is a quick access to the ski resort Boi-Taüll Resort, (7 km.) as at the entrance of the National Park and Sant Maurici Aigüestortes, (3 km. to 5 km.).

The apartments and studios are distributed throughout the buildings of the complex, traditionally built with wood, stone and slate in the area. More than 70 one-room apartments, 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, all with lift and some with private parking. Decorated differently, providing heating, rustic furnishings, most with fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms. Some ground floor have forrest garden terrace.

Guests can use the outdoor pools, tennis courts and mini golf course in the summer for a fee.The shops (supermarket, bakery, etc..), Restaurants and bars of the resort are open only in the summer and winter seasons.

Out of tourism and weekends seasons, you can find a restaurant open in urbanizacióny all basic services in villages nearby, Taüll (1 km.) , Boi (3 km.) etc..

The bona Pleta Apartments offer free outdoor parking public.

To get properly from all areas of the southern part of the Pyrenees, you should go to stop the N 230 and past the Pont de Suert, take the exit for La Vall de Boi, road L 500, up to the top, the Pla de l'Ermita.
To get from the north side of the Pyrenees (France), you have to go through the valley of Aran, also the N 230 road and about 4 km. after Vilaller, is the diversion of La Vall de Boi, take the L 500 to Pla de l'Ermita.

CANCELLATION RULES OF APARTMENTS PLETA BONA

In order for the cancellation to be effective under the conditions detailed below, must be duly justified, whatever the cause.

Failure to submit the agreed day for entry, no right to any refund, unless they reach an agreement with the manager of the apartments.

The amount of the deposit to be returned as described below:

IN SEASON:
If the cancellation is made up to 8 days before the reception, and pay full deposit will be refunded or saved for an upcoming book (within the current year).
If the cancellation occurs between the 7th and 3rd day prior to receipt, will be refunded 50% of the deposit or saved for an upcoming book (within the current year).
If cancellation occurs within 48h.Before the reception, or the deposit will be refunded, unless an agreement is reached with the manager of the apartments and accreditation Quiet apartment owner.
If any of these three cases, it gets fill the apartment during most days of the canceled reservation, fully refunded the deposit.

IN MIDDLE AND HIGH SEASON:
The cancellation in these seasons, is the day of the booking 24 hours before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded, except in 2 cases:
Move-in by another customer, during most days of the reservation canceled. (This will be refunded in full).
Is reached an agreement with the manager of the apartments and acceptance of apartment owner reserved.
