New apartments, built in 2007, situated in the former Commander C Rodríguez de Córdoba, now Sebastian Urrea Banzo next to Alfajería Palace of Zaragoza, 50004 district between Madrid and Paseo Avenue Marí Augustine.

Apartment 46: Two double bedrooms (one with bunk beds and one with double bed or twin beds), plus double sofa bed in the living room, kitchen, and bathroom .
 
Amenities: Parking (surcharge EUR.díay 10 on request), elevator.
Included: Water, electricity, gas, basic cooking utensils, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, hob, heating, bed linen, towels, TV in the living room and bedroom principal.
 
Not included: Parking and animals (on peticióny surcharge).

Deposit: EUR 150, cash or credit card guarantee (returned after 48 hours of departure by bank transfer). In Fiestas del Pilar deposit is 250 euros.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
 Between 8 and 15 days prior to arrival date 25% of total amount of reservation
 Between 3 and 7 days before arrival 50% of total amount of reservation
 1 or 2 days before arrival 75% of the total amount
 The last 24 or NO SHOWS 100% of total amount
