The house and the annex are in a very sunny area located on a farm of 1000 m, with fruit trees and vines. All restoration of the house is a rustic style, both interior decoration and exterior of the property, with restored details related to tillage.
In Cuntis is one of the most important thermal spas of Galicia, and 8 km is the spa of Caldas de Reyes, which tenants can enjoy the house at a cheaper price (with notice), enjoying hot springs and treatments offered by the spa complex. The water of these springs is recommended for, respiratory, rheumatic skin, surgical, gynecology, altered metabolism and nervous system.
